What does the cooperation look like?
Our activities are based on your current needs and requirements – in the context of the existing lease agreement.

Following a detailed audit of current obligations, we will together define the project goals and set the timetable of the process phases with all important milestones.

We will present all available relevant alternatives of premises suitable for potential relocation. Then we will negotiate business terms and conditions for the selected alternatives. We prepare capacity and interior studies of the leased premises, as well as a financial analysis. Subsequently, we negotiate detailed terms of lease for the best property.

Our professional activities do not stop when an amendment to the existing lease agreement or a new lease agreement is signed and the lessee moves to the new premises. Our clients can contact us at any time after the end of the project and during the new lease period.
